Rhetorical Analysis Thoughts
After getting the rhetorical analysis assignment, I am struggling with what I want to analyze. Mainly because there are so many options. The option of deconstructing a common television commercial sounds interesting but I am also considering analyzing a poem. Because reading and writing poetry is one of my passions, I think I will go that route. After all, why not incorporate something I love with a potentially boring English assignment? Now to find a poem..how will I ever choose just one?

ReplyDeleteI have absolutely NO idea what I'm going to do with mine. Maybe a music video? hmmm I guess I'll need to figure it out, and quick! good luck on both of your papers!
ReplyDeleteI am having such a hard time generating ideas for this paper as well. I feel like there's so much genreal information for the guidelines and that this paper can really go in any direction. I just hope that mine is going to go in the right one!! Tonight is going to be devoted to critically studying any type of visual ad I can find, and hopefully something will pop into my head!
